Brilliant service. Took the car in (under warranty) had it looked at immediately and was able to take it back the next day for the simple repair. I could not ask for more. Whilst I waited in reception for approx an hour as the repair was being done, I listened to Leanna on the busy front desk dealing with numerous queries. What a credit to the company she is. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They have had my car for almost 6 months now and have still not completed the works. Not only that they are also refusing to return the car despite the fact that they are unable to fix it. Poor communications and continual misrepresentations by their management on the date of completion of repairs. The most unprofessional company i have ever come across. Use an alternative approved repairer if you expect a professional and courteous experience. Service: Painting

Lovely front of house customer service by Deborah. Very friendly and efficient. Lovely courtesy car - Seat Arona. The car was nicely valeted when collected. Unsure why my petrol was 20 miles less than when i dropped it off, but may be the car was taken for a drive to check the car was driveable? Only reason I mark the service down to 4 stars is that I was advised the car would not be ready for ten working days and possibly longer depending on the parts being available. My car repair was very minor with small scuffs and a small unit within the bumper needed replacing. It had been booked in for repair since October 2022! As it turns out the car was available after 6 working days. To me this was still far too long, but i was was advised the company deal with hundreds of cars and the repair time has to accommodate the demand and my car was one of many being processed. In future I'm not sure I would use my insurance company to source a car repair company like Balgores but find a reputable smaller company to do the work required. At least then I would not be waiting for a prolonged amount of time for a relatively minor repair. Service: Auto body & trim repair

The service is very poor👎🏼 they have taken 4 weeks to start work on my Tesla. I was given Alot of reassurance by their Admin staff but little action was seen. Avoid Balgore. You should find another garage. I have complained to the insurance and advised that they take them off their providers list for such poor service. Update 8 January 2023. It is over 3 months since Balgore have had my Tesla. They are really really poor. If anyone knows what I can do to get my car back please let me know the are still repairing it 🙄😪 8th February 4 months and I have my car at last. My insurance company have investigated the delays and say that there were nearly 8 weeks of unnecessary delay. I am very disappointed by Balgore and the attempt to cover up such poor service.

Just got my car back from a accident needed new bonnet and had to be sprayed plus a couple of other bits, spray job excellent and overall excellent job friendly staff on phone particularly Deborah who I spoke to most the only down side was I had to wait 5 months to get it back but well worth the wait.
