Been with this practice over a year now and very happy. I have had various appointments in this time and all the staff have been very helpful. I've been able to get through to the reception staff when I've needed to and got booked in quickly too.

Excellent doctors and nurses. I moved to this location a year ago and can only say im impressed. They have helped with my kids illness and recently perimenopause symptons were taken seriously.

Absolutely disgrace. Been waiting since March for my prescription it's now December, the hospital keep telling me they have sent it to my GP but GP say no. When I rang up today it turns out my GP has had it all along. Receptionist are always telling me I can't be ringing just for a prescription and seem in a rush to put the phone down. Wouldn't even give one star

This is the worst practice I have ever encountered. The reception staff are miserable. I saw a Dr James who is NEGLIGENT. She didn’t do anything she said she was going to. Never called me back as promised. I have left the practice in utter dismay. I wanted to formerly complain but I know nothing will get done.

Poor communication from reception, booked an appointment for my son at 11am, after half hour waiting asked reception how long we would be, to be told it was a sit and wait appointment and may be another half hour, no mention of this when booking - had to re-arrange nursery lunch etc — staff absolutely don’t care - treated like it’s my fault for not knowing.

Impossible to get a face to face appointment, wait weeks for telephone one. Cancel appointments without telling you and leave you waiting 50 mins when you do get one because they didn’t check you in properly. No wonder hospitals are straining to cope if this is the alternative

medical negligence, can't read simple notes, seems everyone is untrained and lazy. List goes on
