A very professional friendly service given as soon as you walk through the door … whatever your reason to visit this ‘Well Being Helping Hub’ (my own words 😃) all the staff are accommodating to your needs & wants. I have had the pleasure in receiving physio with Jolene (I say pleasure as it was a good experience that left me great!) & I do return not because I need to, but because I want too .. you see there doesn’t have to be a reason to visit, for me, luckily it’s about ‘maintenance’ keeping me subtle, in line, posture check, so I am able to continue to move freely & pain free, of course if I do feel discomfort or pain I’m on the phone for advise & action or treatment is given. I have also received Reflexology from Imogen mainly because it interests me how our ‘feet’ connect with our ‘body’ again a pleasant experience … if you’ve never tried it you must 👌🏽 There are many different treatments offered at Balance360 so do try them. An investment to ourselves for sure 🙏

I went to Jolene with a persistently painful knee. After an examination she recommended acupuncture which I had not had before and was apprehensive. However, she put me at ease by explaining it all carefully and I was unaware of the needle’s going in or coming out and within 24 hours my persistent pain had gone. Jolene is very knowledgeable , highly skilled and very friendly.
