I've used this garage on and off for almost 30 years. The lady on the service desk is super. My car has just had its MOT. I paid yesterday and arranged to collect at 8am today. Website, staff and all signs say the opening time is 8am. So why am I standing here at 8.30am, having waited 30 minutes, with not a soul in sight? To say I am furious is an understatement. I need to be elsewhere and this is inexcusable.
