I have had osteo with Philip many times in block sessions for different reasons. This time i just couldn't right my lower back. It took several sessions to release tension and misalignment and then see the crux of the issue, one vertebra facing the wrong way causing compensatory changes further down. Since working on this, my back has been a lot better, not having to think about how i move, no pains and much more flexibility in my spine!

I first went to Baks 2 years ago after years of back pain following a car accident which had been worsened by a frozen shoulder. Phil was magnificent at isolating how my spine needed fixing and brought me so much relief from pain I thought would never disappear. Highly recommended!

Phil has the ability to find the problem and address it immediately. I first saw him with a serious back injury which he fixed so quickly! I play an average amount of sport and now see him for "tune ups." I had another one today and walked out feeling like a different person. Highly recommended him
