Always enjoy my class at Bread ahead. Learning new techniques and trying recipes I'd never be brave enough to try on my own at home. Teachers always helpful, friendly and inclusive of all I the group, felt comfortable right away, felt able to ask questions and for any help and then you get to take home all your lovely bake's home.... Great way to spend a few hours. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Fantastic classes. I have learned so much about baking. Found them during the pandemic and I love them to bits. I have now moved on the their cooking classes. So much information about nutrition from Ope. She really knows her stuff.

Excellent course, Ope was a great instructor. At the beginning I had very low expectations of being able to produce edible bread but Ope showed us her magic and I came away with confidence and two bags full of delicious edible bread. Thank you I had a wonderful day.

Babka & Rye Bread half day class was really enjoyable. The food looks delicious can’t wait to try it when I get home. Ope our teacher was really enthusiastic and helpful. I’d definitely book another course. It also wasn’t too difficult to be able to replicate at home. The door for the classes is just down from the main bakery in borough market by the board that advertises the classes. When you arrive there is tea, coffee and brownies available and in the break they brought out donuts.

Amazing online workshops with great results. Ope is a great and patient teacher. Her explications are easy to follow. We've been doing the online workshop for 2,5 years and we can definitely recommend the online workshops for everyone who aren't living in London or nearby. We have learned a lot about the food from different countries.
