Shocking company they said they would scrap a very good Cartier ring for the gold in their Gloucester branch.This ring sells for over £2k we understand everyone needs to make a profit but to say it was heavily worn even though it’s not been worn at all then offer a ridiculous amount is day light robbery. Don’t trust them.
