Tried to send a gift to my friend in the UK. Paid for the 'Guaranteed next day 1pm delivery'. It has been a week, tracking only says that they have it still at the post office, but of courste they stating that they don't! Absolue useless! Next day became a week and it still hasn't been delivered. They gave me a customer service number to call which after 20 mins of waiting I gave up! Either this post office or royal mail - useless and horrible service! And they are trying to tell everyone they care... what a lie!

I had a terrible experience at this post office. The Asian lady at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. As a customer, I am not aware of all the Royal Mail rules and instead of explaining to me, she was aggressive. I could see other comments about her saying the exact same things! Wouldn’t visit again.

I have to say thank you to Aryan everytime I go to this PO. This guy goes above and beyond to help me. His customer service is top tier. A lot if the time I attend the lady name Jackie isn’t very helpful. She doesn’t like to be bothered at the self check outs so she sends you to her colleagues at the counters. She’s not very pleasant. Everytime I go to this PO I’m always looking for Aryan because Hes genuinely passionate about helping customers and so efficient. Keep up the good work Aryan ✨

When I was rolled his eyes by a male staff member and yelled at me to stick an envelope, I thought I was being treated differently because I am an Asian woman, but when I saw that many people of other races were also treated rudely under the Google View here, I was relieved that in a way, the staff here treated everyone equally rudely. Thanks to this place for saving me from the stigma of my identity and making me realise that it's not just Asians who are treated differently.

Grumpy counter staff. Not sure what the point of paying for postage online is, if you then have to queue and be insulted by the counter staff for daring to ask for the proof of postage to be stamped. There were a load of automated machines as I entered but it wasn't clear if I could use one of these if I needed the proof of postage stamped, and the miserable guy at the counter wasn't prepared to explain it to me for next time. Will go back to my small, friendly, local post office in future

I wasn't anticipating such a pleasant experience. I braced myself for long queues and rude staff. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I was greeted with a 'Good Morning' and assisted within 30 seconds. Jacqueline my cashier, actually made my day. I am sure this Post Office, being in our fine Capital can be exceptionally busy and frustrating for all but the staff are ARE LOVELY 😍
