Amazing customer service from Baker St Dry Cleaners! Took in a delicate lace beaded dress that had been drenched in red wine (thanks drunken wedding guest) and they were honest with me and said they may not be able to fully remove all stains, and asked for a bit of extra time. I was happy with this, and glad they were upfront. But they performed magic—two weeks later, I collected the dress in sparkly pristine condition. I’m not sure who was more thrilled, me or the lovely friendly lady behind the counter 😁
