Worst place to live in. No washing machine nor dryers works, when I report repairs nothing is fixed. The first day I entered it was dirty and mouldy. When I left they have taken £250 of my deposit for cleaning even though it was very clean. Be careful for your deposits

My experience with Baker Street apartments is at best woeful. The standards of living here are appalling for such a high cost. Basic facilities such as washing and drying machines are not functional and the CCTV doesn't work leaving me feeling vulnerable and unsafe. Management do not care about the standard of living and never address any of my concerns. I have had a leaking ceiling, toilet needing fixing which could be resolved with simple plumbing to be instead left unfixed for months. If you are interested in these apartments I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. The standards are shambolic not fit for living. Please for you're own sake avoid at all cost.

Have a friend of mine living here paying extortionate amount of rent for a small space with facilities that don’t even work properly. From plumbing issues to laundry equipment not working, very expensive and not worth the hassle anymore. Landlord need to take better care of their tenants especially when they’re paying close to 2k a month for one room

A lot of restaurants and parks are close by, and Baker St Appt is in a great location for commuting by public transportation. I was dealing with a manager named Ash on all of the contracts and other things. He has been incredibly helpful from the start and is constantly available. Definitely recommend this place and it is excellent for both short-term and long-term stays.

My experience of this Baker Street Apartments includes theft of property, which the management couldn’t care less about, Water leakage which gets left unattended to for months. Despite desperate attempts to get simple plumbing such as toilets to be fixed, management leave these unfixed for months too. I would be extremely careful if considering these apartments. Just another sad story of renting somewhere that doesn’t care for the well-being of their tenants.

At the beginning all was fine and well until this year several things happened in which I believe anyone interested in these flats should know. CCTV doesn’t work. Washing and drying machines do not function and i have had piled up weeks of laundry at a time. Reported several occasions where plumbing had failed in my apartment and staff were never available, even during working hours. A total disappointment as at the beginning this journey of living here was truly wonderful. A shame to the management and poor care that has been put into these apartments, let alone the high price that does not meet not even one expectation. Be careful.
