E-Mailed about wheel alignment. They obviously have out of date equipment as the member of staff that emailed me back said their alignment machine is 9 years old and doesn't do ride height.

WOW! What can I say about this place? They are absolute life savers and such professionals. We were getting ready to ship our car out of country within a week of our appointment and unfortunately, someone decided to damage our car. We were already stressed about the shipping, now this! We had high hopes, but were understanding if Baker Body Craft didn’t have space available to take our car in to be fixed, especially by our shipping date. It was such a small time frame, we weren’t going to be surprised if they told us they couldn’t. HOWEVER, they were able to shift some things around in order to help us out - this is something that is not common from most places. They had me come in so they could take pictures the next morning and almost immediately they contacted me to bring the car in. They provided a loaner car and everything was SO SMOOTH. Luckily I did not need any parts ordered so the car was finished very quickly, looked as if nothing ever happened in the first place, and we were able to make our appointments on time. To the mechanics and the receptionist, thank you so much for making everything easy and less stressful during a very hectic time for us! We appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help us.
