Not only is Lou a pleasure to deal with. The time effort and love she puts into her cakes can clearly be seen in the end product. Creativity and attention is detail is flawless and the TASTE!! Wow, have never tasted better!! Our Toy Story themed cake was the show stopper at our daughter's 3rd birthday and cant wait to order from Bakealous again!!

So pleased with our wedding cake. It looked great and the sugar flowers were really impressive. Louise stepped in approx 6 weeks before our wedding as we were let down by someone else. She was happy to help, communication was great and relaxed. Louise was able to do anything we asked for and provided ideas too. The price was also reasonable for what we got. I would defo recommend Louise.

Bakealous came to the rescue for our wedding and gave us the best cake we could ask for. We were 3 months out from our wedding when unfortunately the person doing our cake had some health issues and was no longer able to help us. We found Bakealous online and called and spoke to Lou. She was amazing we explained the kind of thing we were looking for but also asked her to use her expert knowledge to create our vague ideas into an actual cake. On the day the cake did not disappoint in look or in taste! We cannot thank Bakealous enough for helping completing our perfect day with the perfect cake! Cannot thank you enough! Anna and Aaron xx

I reached out to Lou via email and she immediately understood what I had asked for. Due to covid I didn't meet her in person and I didn't see the cake or taste it or even see colour samples before the big day. When I arrived on my wedding day Lou was there setting up and I saw my cake for the first time and it was perfect!! Exactly what I asked for, perfect colours and looked amazing. Then when it came to cut the cake it tasted delicious. We had 3 different layers and they were all amazing. It couldn't have been better.
