The sale process from start to finish was positive and nothing was too much trouble. Scott nelson was patient and kept in touch by the odd friendly phone call (not intrusive) for over a year whilst our tenant tried to raise the funds to buy the property. Eventually we had to put the property on the open market and Scot visited several times to advise and eventually achieve a higher value than we had thought we could achieve. What an experience. From the get go, the response time to any enquiries was excellent. The initial visit and valuation took place within a matter of a few day. I was never left feeling that I had to chase them for an update on anything whatsoever. Inspite of the valuation provided by Bairstow Eves, on my instructions, they were equally happy to list my property at a slightly higher sale price than the valuation - and with no if's, but's or when's. Once the viewings began, I really liked how I was immediately informed about viewings due to take place. These were sent to me by email. More importantly, viewings were often arranged with multiple prospective buyers to visit the property on the same day and at the same time. I believe this helped to drum up interest and create that sense of competitiveness between buyers. Even more importantly, careful consideration was given to my existing tenant who was still residing in my property at the time of when viewings were taking place. Mutually convenient dates/time for viewings were arranged directly with my tenant. Things ran very smoothly. You simply can't go wrong with Bairstow Eves, Grays. I say so because they also provided me with feedback from each potential buyer who viewed my property. The feedback was by email and telephone conversations, when the need arose, Within 2 months of my property going on the market, it was sold. Thank you so much to the team for all your help. I was interested to invest in property and as i saw an add online, I decided to go in branch in Grays to ask for further information after a shopping in the area. My dress code was not that smart. The agent inside was friendly, but he gave me fake informations about the property as they saw me dressed like pijama style clothes(but not pijama). I even gave them my contact details to let me know further too, because I refused to believe that all that is true. (Now 2weeks later never received a call). The informations was that a private flat in Grays is sold with tenant inside which pays rent £500 a month, in middle of Grays city centre around train station, like really? In 2022 I hardly find a room to rent in a shared house with this amount a month and mostly they are single room. When i arrived home i gave them a call on the same day, for the same property and asked same informations and at the phone I received different informations. Nice, so they treat people the way they dresses up. But this is not the case for everyone. Poor people likes to look rich and rich people don’t give importance to the way they look as they have more important stuff to do to become richer. So dear agents, be careful who you refuse in future, you might loose an amazing deal! Extremely Bad customer service!
