We recently bought a house advertised under Shenfield branch of Bairstow Eves. Peter, Liam and Kim makes a great team. Liam did all viewings and was very professional and informative without being pushy. Peter handled the offers ever so professionally and was very helpful while being very understanding. We had an awful experience of a seller pulling out at the last minute and I was very sceptical until the end but I never needed to be in the very able hands of Peter, Liam and the team. Kim chased the seller’s solicitor for me numerous times. As soon as we completed on our home, the rightmove sold advertisement was removed and the sold board was picked up. These little things show how professional the team is. Thank you very much for your excellent service.
