Without fail they have been fantastic. I have used other firms for conveyancing where I have been obliged if the other party is using BS, and am nearly always disappointed.

We instructed Bailey Smailes to deal with conveyancing for a house sale. We found the whole process relatively stress free and put this down mainly to their professionalism. We dealt mainly with Lisa Clay. Communications with her were excellent and she always dealt with issues in a timely and efficient manner. We would certainly consider using them again should the need arise.

Do not use this company!!! They have been dealing with my late mums estate. Was told on numerous occasions they were to busy to deal with my enquiry. Today I was told that I was harrasing them!!! They have had all the proceeds to my mums estate for 11 days!!!! I have had to distribute the money out to the benefactors myself as I was told it would take another 2 to 3 days to sort this even though they have had their details for 2 weeks. I did receive an apology from the harassing claim. It has taken them 14 months to deal with my mums estate. At every point I have had to chase. I have been made to feel that I was not important to them. It's distressing enough loosing our mum and thought we would just let the solicitors deal with everything. Well if you are prepared to do all the chasing and prepared for them to only do anything on your case after you have chased them then go ahead and use them!!!! But I certainly would not recommend them

Very disappointed and discusted at the lack of comunication from this firm especially one of the solisitors johnathan piget. This solisitors has had my case since 5th june 2020 and it has not been resolved . He workes from home and only attendes office once a week. There is no means of commuication with him nor the firms owner , nor do they give appointments . They are completely irrsponsible and unprofessional would nor advise or recommend this firm wate of time and money . Leave a person fustrated Please please please stay away🙏

She has a lovely manner on the phone and in emails, professional, and prompt. She fought our corner in the battle between solicitors and got back to us with any questions asked. Others, including executor have rung, emailed and been in, but again no response. Save yourself the heartache and money, use another firm
