The soil quality is great BUT the actual service from Bailey's of Norfolk is simply OUTSTANDING!!! Starting from the office staff to delivery drivers. After placing an order online ( twice now), which is very clear and straightforward we've received a phone call from the lady at the office confirming our delivery date. Delivered on time by a lovely, smiley driver who kindly agreed drop it further into the garden. I won't be going anywhere else EVER . Absolutely fantastic service, thank you
