They didn't reply to my website enquiry or email. However once I picked up the phone help was instant, they turned around a custom propshaft for me in 4 days at a fair price the build quality and fit was fantastic. On site service was a bit "meh" but their offices were being refurbished so I am sure they are making the best of a bad situation. Kind of typical service of an old school engineering type place but I have used them for years on various projects and the quality of the products has always been top notch which is what really matters.

Emailed them about a custom propshaft for my car and fair enough they replied straight away, offering discount for using my details for marketing purposes. No further contact has been made by them or any of their engineers like I was told. Cannot comment on the work as won't be using them regardless of how good they think they are. Oh and thanks for passing my details on to everyone you could, nothing but nuisance phoncalls since. If you are after a one off solution, go elsewhere.
