I was given a Bristol Balloon Fiesta flight for my birthday from my hubby. The whole process was simple to book. The Bailey Balloons team were friendly & helpful. My flight was absolutely amazing & an unforgettable experience with, Mike, the pilot. We launched & you didn’t even feel you had left the ground. Being amongst all the other balloon’s at the fiesta was magical & I will treasure forever. Thankfully I booked the morning flight because the evening flights had to be cancelled due to the heatwave. Mike told us to take our landing position & my apprehensions were unfounded to the smoothest landing I could have wished for, even landing upright. A big THANK YOU!!!

Booking the ride was super easy and communication with them about the tickets was easy as well, since I was traveling from overseas (hello from North Dakota!) and wanted to be able to transfer my ticket to someone else should weather not work out for the date booked. Our pilot was super friendly, as were the other staff involved with setting up and giving us rides back to our take off point. The views were amazing, weather was perfect! Taking off felt so cool and so was the landing. We enjoyed the drinks at the end of the flight and chatting with all those involved in making such an amazing experience happen. Absolutely recommend booking a flight with Bailey Balloons!

Super easy to book and re-arrange via their online system. Originally booked to do May 2022, but ended up (finally!) being able to do it in July 2022. No issues at all with re-booking! Once we arrived, we were greeted by our instructor who explained what the flight entailed and all the general health and safety stuff. You even get a chance to help with the set-up if you wish...otherwise just bask in the glory of the balloon coming together! The flight itself...INCREDIBLE! I bought a balloon ride for me and my partner's anniversary and it didn't let us down in the slightest. Great views, perfect location (we chose the Bath area) and we had the option of a post-flight drink too. 100% would recommend Bailey Balloons. Hopefully we get to fly with them again soon!
