Fantastic service and even better delivery. Tiles are beautiful and Nigel’s tile knowledge is second to none. Delivery was on time, they parked where I asked and placed the tiles exactly where I needed them. Huge thanks to ‘Magic Mike’ and ‘Ginger Jay’ who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. So it was my first time going to Tile Plus Oldbury, all I'm going to say is Sean was fantastic. His customer service skills were absolutely amazing, he really went out of his way to ensure I got the help I needed. He gave me some great advice on what to use for tiling. He even had a laugh with me and my children. The rest of the staff were also good but Sean stood out from everyone. If ever I need tiles again I will be going here again and that's because of Sean. If the manager is reading this I hope you give him a bonus or something because he was the best 👌👌👌👌👌👌
