    I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this surgery, and all the staff here. They work very hard to treat you with kindness, and do their best to offer what they have available. Communication is always very quick and efficient between the staff and myself, and they have been absolutely fantastic with my complex medication queries. The surgery operates the same way every other surgery does, where they have same-day appointments that open up at 08:10. These can be booked into by phone or the app, and if they’re all gone they will do their best to book you into the next pre-bookable slot or signpost you elsewhere to best access medical care appropriately. Easily the best surgery in the area!

    Disgusting and contemptuous behaviour by inept and incompetent staff. They are incapable of time management or indeed most other basic skills. The irony of the "Karen" I dealt with being called exactly that would be hilarious were it not so tragic. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for experience and professionalism, these cretins wouldn't even know how to begin to act appropriately. They are rather good though at lying, deceit in general and having massive chips on their shoulders.

    Not my usual practice but I'm pregnant and my midwife was only available here. Never have I felt so uncomfortable before at a drs surgery before. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my appearance (I am visibly muslim with a headscarf) but the entire waiting room was staring at me with an expression as if a bad smell had come in. The receptionists were mid convo and gossiping about non work related things for AGES whilst me and my husband stood like idiots waiting to ask them a question. When they were finally done I was NOT greeted with a smile and told I can take a seat and wait for the midwife. Many of the chairs had 'broken do not sit here please' signs and nobody looked comfortable with me and my husband sitting next to them. Thankfully my lovely midwife wasn't too long and I got to get up out of there quickly. Next time I will make sure to wait for my own health centre to have an available slot for me.

    The phone was busy but finally answered at 8.30am and offered appointment for 9 20 that day. Bloods taken also at a later appointment on the same day. Excellent service and thankyou. Worries promptly dealt with!
