This is a fantastic company. Their products are amazing and their customer service is the best I have received in a long time (thank you Karen!). The cover we ordered came without the zip installed. I had left this in the bag for about four months before I even got it out and looked at it, but it wasn't a problem at all. They arranged a courier to collect it from my home at a time convenient to me, and it was back to me within three days, zip installed. Can't fault them!

Looked for an online company to make a made-to-measure cover for our garden furniture. The amazon equivalent that we initially bought didn´t really fit and the quality was not the best. We found Bags&Covers online and they have a huge selection. We were looking for made-to-measure. It was so easy to get an initial quote. I requested a sample of the Deluxe material to check before we bought. Nothing arrived for 3 weeks which was a little disappointing, so I phoned them up, spoke to a lovely lady on the phone and the sample arrived 3 days later. As previously stated, ordering online couldn´t be simpler. You are led through questions regarding the item you are ordering. 1 – Dimensions (cm, mm or inches) 2 – Material/Colour 3 – Storage bag (yes/no) 4 – Summary 5 – Customer details (Billing/Delivery) 6 – Payment Confirmation came per email, a day later an email stating that the order was being processed. 2 weeks later came a status update and a day later the shipment email. The delivery from DHL was not brilliant I´m afraid.....nothing B&C could do. I wasn´t in but had a Text message (all good) saying they´d leave the parcel in a safe place.....thrown over the fence, not the best. Unpacked the parcel, unwrapped the cover and laid it over the furniture.....Perfect fit. Quality of the material and the size was as ordered. I ordered a Bag separately to store the cover when not in use.....god knows how I´m going to get it in, I´m going to have to practice my origami skills. I hope that the material will last with the weather we have here but so far so good. I would definitely use B&C again.

To the person who made the covers an extra big thank you as they fit perfectly and are very reasonably priced for a made to measure product. Just received my custom made trailer cover and a frame cover. Trailer cover fits perfectly and looks and feels like a high quality product. Took a bit longer than the initial 6 weeks but was kept will informed about what delays, so no problem at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality of materials and workmanship.
