I wish there was a rating of minus. The lady working in this shop broke my suitcase. I initially came in as my suitcase was locked, she said she knows what she’s doing. She broke my suitcase and then started to point the end of a screwdriver to my chest telling me to leave the store, once I called her out on breaking my suitcase. I had the plastic bits in my hand and she started to tell other customers ‘this is what happens when you help people like her’ making me feel so stupid. She then started telling me the suitcase was already broken? Absolutely disgusting. After this experience I went in the next day to speak to management and this lovely lady Janet helped me. She was absolutely lovely and replaced my suitcase that her colleague had broken. I want to thank Janet for helping me and solving the issue I had a real gem
