We bought a case from Bagcraft some years ago and forgot the combination numbers and therefore could not open or use the case. We took the case back to Bagcraft in the hope that they could open the case and render it usable again. After a few days they contacted us yo say that the case had been repaired. When I went to pick the case up, the owner said he had put a new lock on the case and it was now usable again. I asked the cost for the repair and was told that there was nothing to pay, I asked a number of times and tried to insist on paying for the repair, but the owner was also quite insisitent and that they valued our support as customers over the many years. I was astounded by such a kind gesture. My wife and I have bought a number of cases and various bags and handbags over the years. This is a family business and they have always gone out their way to be very helpful and make sure that the item purchased is exactly what is required and their after sales service is fantaststic. Exceptional service a truly great local business and we are very lucky to have them as our local luggage shop. We would not hesitate to recomend them. Very special, thank you.
