I have a 8 week old baby who needs to see a doctor but cannot get a appointment! Every time I try I get told to take him to a&e! If it was life threatening yes I would, but it's something a doctor can easily do, also with covid about a&e for a baby should only be suggested for emergency not for something a doctor can sort out, this surgery is the worst I've ever came across I will be looking for a new surgery as this isn't the only time I've been disappointed in its service.

After 3 weeks waiting for an appointment with official doctor, I escorted my dad to his appointment to be told that Dr Bagary was not available and a locam was in attendance instead. She did not know any of my fathers health issues and first started asking how he was... this was not the original reason for the appointment but Mr dad answered her questions and informed her of his visit into A&E on Monday night for an alternative ongoing health issue which is made worse by other contributing factors. She then proceeded to assess his breathing difficulties and booked him in for chest xray and blow test, again this was not the original reason for the appointment. Then when we did to speak to her about the proposed waterworks issue she said we could not discuss another problem as 1 issue, had already been addressed and another appointment would have to be made, also my father wanted to see a Male doctor as his health issues could be intimidating for him seekng a young female doctor. Our original issue still has not been resolved, we feel very let down by this health care provision at this surgery.

Today I spent 9 minutes and was cut off .i did a recall and spent a further 19 minutes on the phone and no reply. I then went into the surgery and asked yet again for a script for 1 month of controlled drugs. This was refused. It has to be every 2 weeks. If one is to go on holiday say for 3 weeks(not unusual in today's world) , what happens if you cannot have enough drugs and a locum doctor will not supply them. Surely a months supply of any drugs is not unreasonable if it be controlled or otherwise. It's bad enough being disabled and having to have controlled drugs, but am I now to be penalised and not be allowed a holiday because I cannot have enough meds. Come back Dr.Bagary, let's get this medical centre back to the service we had and not the shoe string effort we have at the moment.
