    Ordered a K-brace for my Octavia VRS and the kit was missing the riv nuttool. No replies to emails and facebook dm's i sent to baf support regarding the missing tool. Haven't installed the brace because now i have to spend money to get the tool on my own. Build quality on the brace looks solid but BAF customer support is terrible and will not recommend this company to anyone.

    Poor service. Was booked in for 10 but only started working on my car 2 and a half hours later. My car is also now droning and the valves are no longer working, I was told it would be drone free and that ‘no one has ever come back’. Yet when I contacted him about this, he quoted me a ridiculous price to have it fixed. I’ve changed the backbox that was modded here and it’s now solved the problem, so I can confirm - BAF and their poor workmanship was the issue. Would not recommend. Use ModStock instead or any other exhaust fabricator, as BAD I mean BAF is terrible!

    One order with two mistakes. First, I’ve order k-brace for five, but they just sent me four, these has a missing problem, and after 3 days there was no any response Second, the order of AMG-A35 there was wrong, sent me a A45(w176)brace with A35(w177) mount How come there’s no any response with IG/Email/WhatsApp? That is unacceptable service, NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Purchased a k brace for my bmw unpacked it noticed I was a bolt short called to ask if they would send me one out the rude person on the phone said I might be fitting it wrong(not sure that’s possible as it’s only six bolts) I then was asked to wattsapp pictures over to which I didn’t get a response. Shame the customer service is terrible as the actual product was perfect
