I waited an hour and a half for my car to be collected before it had to be re-arranged. In return I needed them to wait 10 mins when they eventually arrived as I was stuck at work (after being absent most of the morning. They wouldn’t wait a minute, and my MOT was cancelled and it is impossible to get one at short notice anywhere. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced that has seriously inconvenienced me!! Would not recommend
