Although they seemed nice enough when I eventually got in there, there aren't enough doctors so you can't get an appointment and my continuing issue with my shoulder was dismissed without discussion.

The worst possible situation for a GP. They are never responsive. The reception area is very disrespectful. Every time you have to wait for more than half an hour behind the phone line, at the end no one answers. SO SO disappointed

No-one answers the phone. You are put on hold and constantly informed that, "All our receptionists are busy and you have been placed in a queue...". But that's as far as you get. It's impossible to actually see a doctor and I don't appreciate being triaged by a receptionist. When I have driven to the surgery, the reception area has been virtually devoid of patients so it's difficult to know why this situation exists. It's a shame because this used to be such a good surgery and much valued asset in the village.

Terrible surgery they never answer the phone, when they do you usually get told to go to petersfield, they can’t handle prescriptions give out wrong medication and don’t get the relevant one signed off by a doctor resulted in waiting 48 hours for antibiotics that we’re desperately needed. The reception staff are rude, the pharmacists pretended to be doctors and won’t sell you medication such a codine.
