Receptionists are always rude, even over the phone. You then have to wait weeks to get an appointment and then it’s about an hour’s waiting time to be seen as they are always running late.

I actually always received great care from the clinicians and receptionists at this practice. I have never struggled to have urgent last minute appointment when I needed them most and I was always referred to a specialist when the doctor wasn't sure about a diagnosis. I always found the doctors very kind and genuinely interested in my welfare. I have only been part of this surgery for just over a year and in my experience it's one of the bests I've been to.

It's just impossible to get an appointment with my doctor, the receptionists tells you to call back at 8am and when you do, there are no more appointments or the lines are forever engaged. I am fedup of having to go to private gp to get treated. I had to go private to find out what was wrong with my grandmother, who wasn't well and she had cancer.

Disorganised. Had a number of tests, they are very slow with prescriptions, they don't call back. I get they are under pressure but they are very disorganised.

Complete waste of my time the doctor was so officious no interest just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Why become a member of the caring profession when you dont actually care.

It's a joke, overly aggressive receptionists, "is it urgent" well if it was I'd be at A&E.... The clue is in the name "General Practitioner" It can only get worse; Dr Ahamed, Dr Anja, Dr Stern are reducing their sessions .... wait for it, Dr Field is increasing her nr of sessions, how one Doctor is going to pick up the work of x3 Doctors reducing their sessions is beyond me. I wonder what the average waiting time will become, when the x3 good doctors who are reducing their sessions kick in....You're not going to see a Doctor sooner...that's for certain..... "Is it Urgent"
