Just brought my Car (BMW M2) from Baddoo and i have to say the customer service was very good. Yinka was a gentleman and very professional, was good to interact with him. The whole experience of buying a car was really good and would highly recommend them. Getting my car delivered after the viewing was also very straightforward, I received free delivery which is always nice. I was also given 3 months warranty and was not pressurised to buy an additional warranty which they sell. I will be back for my upgrade next year.

Fantastic customer service from start to end! I was kept informed all through the sale process, was picked from the station and my only one concern about the car I bought was adequately addressed satisfactorily to my specification. The sales Rep helped to process my buying of Road Tax on the car and even gave me a 12 Month warranty free of charge instead of the usual 3 months that other dealers promised. Above all, the price was the lowest in my nationwide search for this particular car that I bought and the car drives like new. This level of excellent customer service is something main dealers needs to understudy and emulate. Thanks for making the difficult process of getting a reliable family car so much fun.
