The Mrs booked this at Christmas and we watched elf was lovely and cosy and warm the exspriance at the start is great to the live actors are very funny the reason for 4 star is the price for food and drink is abit pricey. But lovely exspriance

Disclaimer - Don’t use the JustPark next to this place as their app doesn’t work for payment, No meter to pay at, and you’ll be fined £170 if your car is there longer than 10 mins like I was. There’s more parking around the back of this place 2 min walk. The experience we had here was memorable and one we both enjoyed. Very unique setting and experience. Alcohol, soft drinks and snacks are all served before the show. Their actors do a good job in their act before the show too. Seats are big and spacious, screen is a good view wherever you sit. Would definitely come again. 10/10

Really sad to be leaving this review but I visited the backyard cinema on Thursday to watch pretty woman with 2 friends. I prepurchased the “pizza and pop” vouchers as an add on so we could eat there too. Upon arrival I was told I wouldn’t be able to have a pizza because they didn’t have any gluten free bases or vegan cheese (I have a gluten and dairy intolerance) which was very disappointing but I was assured I’d get a full refund for my voucher. The server took my details and informed me I’d receive an email confirming my refund. I then had to pay £4 on what was truly the smallest portion of plain fries from the other food vendor as that was the only other thing available I can eat. It’s days on and still no refund or email. I reached out to them and still no refund. Really disappointing and I won’t be returning again :(
