This is my first delivery of logs and definitely will not be my last. I am very impressed with the service. Ordering was easy, the lady I spoke to was really helpful. They came in clean well stacked bags. The men who delivered them were brilliant, they were wearing gloves and masks, which was much appreciated during this time. They even offered to put them in the wood store for me. (No more piles of logs to put away - normally in the rain!!) I was so pleased I offered them a tip. They refused but asked me to give it to the poppy appeal. What a lovely thing to do. Thank you Backwell logs.
