I tried to get one of their engineers to fix my coffee machine. Unfortunately they had asked for a full payment upfront, which I find a bit strange in this time and age. It’s quite a lot of money and there is no guarantee that they going to show up. After one week and few emails they decided to send someone. Francisco who worked on my coffees machine was quick and very good. Not a cheap service but at the end of the day an excellent service. What’s cheap these days!? Highly recommend. Since I am not a new customer anymore I will definitely be using them again.

Backup Coffee were recommended by Fracino for repairs and I'm so glad they were! Eduardo was a great help and made the whole transaction a very positive experience. When I walked into the workshop, I could immediately tell I was in the right place; rows and rows of machines, full on work benches with machines in various states of repair which reinforced the specialist workshop atmosphere. They also sell coffee!!

They sent 2 engineers who got straight to work, dismantling our machine and cleaning the inside to diagnose the issue very quickly and recommend a solution.
