The blonde hair lady from this shop was SO SO RUDE!!! She came to our shop and asked for her parcel which was missed delivery few days before. She said she was REALLY SURE that her parcel is delivered to our address since she had the tracking location. I double checked with our staffs and we did not have her parcel with us. I tried to explain to her if she could double check again. But she said louder that her parcel was a luxury jewellery, we had to work with our staffs and brought it back to her no matter what, otherwise she would call the police. She act like we stole her parcel. Until i asked her again to show me the proof that her parcel was delivered to our address, then she checked her email, then she found that SHE WAS WRONG and her parcel was in an other address. We after even showed her to the address she was looking for. BUT FUNNY, SHE DID NOT APOLOGIES OR EVEN FEEL SORRY OR SAY THANKS, SHE JUST LEFT. SUCH A SHAME ATTITUDE!!!

This is a little gem in the heart of Crystal Palace with very tasteful clothing at affordable prices. Well planned shop, light and airy, and the staff are great! It's like shopping with a friend! They will tell you if something doesn't suit/fit well, and are straight with you about what they can and can't get for you. You leave feeling like you have had a good shopping experience. Well worth a visit...all though I'd quite like to keep it as my little secret😏
