I had some sciatica pain that wouldn't go away after 5 weeks and decided to go with Cain as he has the best reviews.. These reviews are 100% correct. He is an absolute gem of a human, he listened to me explain what I'd been dealing with and after a look at my back very quickly worked out the cause and explained thoroughly to me. He made me feel very comfortable and is very easy to talk to. After the first session my pain had eased a lot and after today's session I can't feel anymore pain. Very honest person, have been recommending him to literally everyone. Thanks Cain!

Cain is fantastic! He has helped me on many occasions. One of my recent visits was from severe back pain from a gym injury. I could barley walk or bend over but Cain did what he does best and within a day or 2 I was able to walk again. Would highly recommend.

Cain was recommended to me via a Facebook group after I asked for recommendations for treatment for my back. I injured my back while running and a week later I was struggling to do the basics like getting in and out of my car. With a long road trip coming up, and not being able to run I contacted Cain and he managed to see me at short notice. The results were instant, my mobility improved straight away and getting in the car was much easier. The following day I managed a light run, and by the end of the week after a light run each day I managed to do a 10km run. I would highly recommend Cain, and my only regret was not contacting Cain sooner!
