After experiencing back pain often from prolonged sessions sitting at the desk, I went to Back2's showroom in London to try out some chairs. Quy helped me figure out the best chair and size for me and was very patient and informative. I bought the chair the next day and it was delivered promptly. Three months later: the chair has been life-changing! I did not expect the chair to change my productivity (in a good way) this much, as my back pain has truly been alliviated and I can comfortably sit at my desk and do work for hours on end without feeling back pain.
