After struggling with mid/lower back pains and sciatica for a year I was referred to Dr Shal by a family member. Having never been to a chiro before, I didn’t really know what to expect. Shal was fantastic and set aside additional time to explain the process and some of the theory behind the treatment. Together, we created an agreed treatment schedule in accordance to the Road to Recovery. I’ve been with Shal for over 1 year now and the results have been amazing. I only attend maintenance sessions now as Shal was clear in his goal to correct the issues. Dual’s demeanour is fantastic and he does a great job at putting me at ease. He’s bubbly, friendly, approachable and reliable and an all round brilliant chiro. If you’re considering seeing a Chiro - BackTrack is the place to go!

Shal is fantastic!! From our initial phone call he made me feel so comfortable and at ease about the whole process (my first time seeing a chiropractor). He is always professional and goes to great lengths to explain the issues I’m having and how he is going to fix them. My friend has been talking about how great Shal is for years and I'm kicking myself for not having gone to him sooner. Shal is exceptional at what he does and he does a great job of explaining at every turn what the journey towards improvement looks like so that I'm never discouraged. I'm thrilled at how the aches and pains I thought were normal have diminished over the last 3 months of working with him, and I notice an obvious difference in my quality of being. 10/10 would recommend!
