What is your experience and training in craniosacral therapy?
At Back Pain Sports Injury & Headache Clinic, our therapists have years of experience and extensive training in craniosacral therapy. All of our therapists are fully qualified and certified in craniosacral therapy, and regularly attend continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and research in the field. How does craniosacral therapy differ from other types of manual therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of manual therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system - the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Unlike other forms of manual therapy, such as massage or chiropractic, craniosacral therapy uses very light touch to release restrictions and tension in the craniosacral system, allowing the body to relax and heal itself. Can craniosacral therapy be helpful for my specific condition or symptoms?
Craniosacral therapy has been shown to be effective for a wide range of conditions and symptoms, including chronic pain, headaches, stress, anxiety, depression, and many others. However, every individual is unique, and the effectiveness of craniosacral therapy will depend on your specific condition and symptoms. We recommend scheduling a consultation with one of our therapists to discuss your individual needs and see if craniosacral therapy is right for you.How many sessions will I need and what can I expect during a typical session?
The number of sessions you will need will depend on your individual condition and symptoms. Some people may only need a few sessions, while others may require ongoing treatment. During a typical session, you will lie fully clothed on a comfortable table, while the therapist uses light touch to release restrictions and tension in your craniosacral system. You may feel deeply relaxed and may even fall asleep during the session. What is your approach to integrating craniosacral therapy with other treatments or therapies I may be receiving?
At Back Pain Sports Injury & Headache Clinic, we believe in a holistic approach to healthcare and work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure that you receive the best possible care. We will work with you and your other providers to develop a treatment plan that integrates craniosacral therapy with other treatments or therapies you may be receiving,Reviews

Like a lot of things, you'll read of the 'odd' one that has had a negative experience, that's possibly because they don't appreciate the 1000s of hours of training and experience of what it takes to be an Osteopath and didn't want the treatment to start with .. This man Hector and his team run an awesome practice. If you're reading this and not prepared to be stretched and twisted by an Osteopath then don't go to any Osteopath ever. BUT if you are wanting to see an Osteopath, then there is NO other Osteopath in Oxfordshire better than this one. Me and the family have been going to Hector's practice for years and never once had a complaint to make.

Super Hard
Had a shoulder injury, happened in the gym, pulling too much weights, been in pain for over two months, on the third month I visited Hector. In 3 sessions he helped me and he manage to fix my problem. If you believe in what he is doing, it doesn’t matter it looks strange on 1st place, definitely is gonna work and yes in my case he helped me!

Bad diagnostic of my partner pain, letting him know he had a life changing condition when he didn’t. After four month without being able to walk much waiting for an MRI scan from the doctor we had to go private and pay £450 to know that he didn’t have the condition. Absolute disappointment, time waster. Do not recommend at all.

Hector was highly recommended to me by a friend. I went to see him as i have suffered from Trigeminal Neuralgia for two long years and was on medication that I had eventually got used to but was not prepared to take long term. I also appeared that I steadily needed to increase my daily dose in order for it to work. I received Hectors treatment on two occasions last year and felt immediate relief.....but it has taken me until today to completely recognise the full effect, I have gradually decreased the medication (Carbomezapine) and I am now medication free and more importantly pain free. I get twinges but can handle it. I do not panic anymore for the fear of a full blown attack. Thank you

As a tall person I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica every two or three years. Twice now Hector and his team have restored my back and removed the pain after only a few visits. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I told him my lower back in my spine and my neck was hurting and he decided to put these heavy bags on me and stretch me. I felt a lot worse the next day. He is horrible and would never tell anyone to go to him! All he did was stretch me and charged twice as much as any osteopath I've been to. A complete rip off! Please stay away! I can stretch you for half the price lol. I want my money back
