I've been suffering with pretty bad lower back pain, and Abby helped me try on a few chairs. Making sure the adjustable desk was the same height as my desk at home meant that I knew that I'd be able to get a chair that be the right height, and help with my back pain. I want to leave positive feedback for Back in Action's customer service. I brought a chair from them many years ago, and a crucial bolt recently sheared into two pieces through regular use. I used their online contact form and they sent me exactly the bolt I needed through the post in just a couple of days, no quibbles, no fee. Good to find a company that looks after customers so well.

I wanted to buy a new desk chair that would relieve my back of aches. I knew I wanted to try one in person rather than buy from the internet. I recognised this would come at a premium. With the service from Back in Action, I am very happy to have shopped with them. This is old school customer service that you don't think exists anymore. Dave was happy for me negotiate prices knowing I was a student. I never felt pressurised. I had the time to try out all their different chairs and devices. My questions were answered. Solutions were explored. Dave also rang me during my wait for the delivery of the item whether I would be interested in an upgrade in their present stock for the same price. Communications are responded to promptly. Deliveries arrived on time without issue via DPD. Very happy to recommend their services as I write this sitting on my newly assembled chair.

Worth every penny. Also do try the mobilizer in store - I've got one of those coming for a month trial now - really great shop, brand and service. Highly recommend.
