Today I received my chair that has been ordered from back care solutions. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. I have been kept up to date right through the process and a delivery date was agreed that suited both the company and myself. When I took deliver this morning the delivery guy gave me a little demonstration on how to use the chair and what all the handles are for and he was extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed by this as I just expected it to be delivered and left. He then had me sit on the chair to make sure it was suitable for me. He had also delivered a chair to my office and told me exactly where he had left it. Such a lovely guy. Thank you for a smooth transaction. Customer service is excellent.

He set up my desk in my preferred place, demonstrated how to use it and left taking all the rubbish with him. Polite and professional service and an excellent quality sit to stand desk.
