Great people who go above and beyond … I visited the shop to try out a bed and different mattresses. Phil helped me to specify the bed I needed and built it online so I could see what it looked like. I tried two beds in the showroom, with different kinds of mattresses. This was crucial as the mattress makes all the difference. Came away with a quote and colour swatches for bed upholstery. There was no high pressure selling, in fact no selling at all other than by personal service. The product speaks for itself. Came home, next day ordered the beds (2), they were delivered within 2 weeks by two really helpful guys. They took all the packaging away and cleaned up. Gave me a lesson on how to adjust the bed and then went. Brilliant service from start to finish and very comfortable beds. Big thank you !! We spoke to John who guided us through exactly the type of bed and mattresses we would require. He was extremely helpful and actually stopped us purchasing some things that would not have been suitable for us.We purchased a large double bed composed of 2 single adjustable bases and two mattresses and 1 with massage facility. It is worth mentioning that all components are of very high quality and professionally manufactured. We found the whole process to be extremely professional from speaking to John and placing the order to the actual delivery. We were kept fully informed throughout and the bed was delivered on time. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this company. I had been let down by 2 other companies so I phoned back care beds and spoke to John. He was brilliant and went through my order with me step by step. We contacted Back Care Beds as we were having a problem with an electric bed that we had purchased. The gentleman was extremely helpful in talking through what the problem may be, in case there was not a need to purchase a component. Ultimately he confirmed the actuator that we required and we ordered this online and it was delivered within 48 hours of placing the order ahead of predicted delivery date of 1 September. Well packaged. Absolutely excellent first class service and we highly recommend the company.
