    I bought the Level 1 wine course as an Xmas gift for myself and my partner. It was a fantastic experience during which we learned about the basic grape varieties, the wine making process, took part in a food pairing masterclass and of course drank plenty of wine! Johnathan is a wine GURU and is a fantastic teacher, he’s very down to earth and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Thankfully we passed the exam, contributing to Jonathan’s 100% pass rate! Since attending this course we’ve attended other Bacchus events and have booked onto Level 2, so would obviously highly recommend!
