A truly awful swimming school! If I could rate less than 1 star I would! Do not use! They choose not fit for purpose, unreliable venues. Additionally, they provide no facilities to aid changing small babies and do not monitor the use of the changing room. The floor is filthy as consumers wear their outside footwear and they expect you to either change your baby on a mat you need to bring from home or on a slatted bench! Yet their website clearly states 'What do I need to bring with me to the lesson? You will need a towel, for yourself and your baby, swimwear for yourself and your baby’s disposable nappy and swimwear. Babies get hungry after a session in the water so make sure you have a bottle of milk afterwards, if you are bottle feeding, as well as some snacks if your child is eating solids' When challenged in respect of their shortfallings, I was met with a very condescending and sarcastic response. They also blamed everyone else but themselves. They refused me even a partial refund. You can also never get through to them on the phone. They clearly only want to make a profit without spending any money. Avoid at all costs!

Both my children have been taught by Baby Splash since they were three months old. My oldest is now 5 and youngest 18 months. They are both very water confident and happy and safe in and around water. We've been to classes in various locations on different days and they have all been very consistent. The pools Baby Splash use are all lovely and warm and we've loved all the teachers we've been taught by.

My little girl started swimming with Baby splash when she was 3 months old and absolutely loved it. Lots of session choices depending on where you live, lovely warm pools and fab instructors. Becca was fantastic at making my daughter feel relaxed and making learning new things fun and exciting. Highly recommend this swim school to any parent looking to book lessons for their baby or child....

I have absolutely loved swimming with Baby Splash! My daughter started at 12 weeks and my other two children started at 4 weeks! They all enjoy their lessons, and are challenged and helped individually by the teachers! The classes are fun, informative and most importantly I know my children are safe and happy in water thanks to their lessons! ♥️
