I had a wonderful experience today and couldn't recommend this clinic enough. The clinic was peaceful and extremely clean and welcoming. But the best part of all was the sonographer she was wonderful, put me right at easier and was very informative. Will definitely be going again

We have visited twice for scans and tests, easy to book, responsive to emails and calls. Cynthia does a wonderful job, she is friendly and thorough, explaining everything in detail. The pics and videos she gets are timed very well to get those exciting moments captured.

Very disappointed when we arrived my daughter had done a poo and my partner went to go and change her very quickly but they would not wait the 5 mins and made me go in on my own she could clearly see I was upset and yet went on to explain she had plans so had to get it done. I then had a 5 min scan and luckily everything was ok! She did do a 30 sec rescan so my partner could see. However we have had bad experiences before and if things weren’t ok I would have been alone! the whole process was traumatic and thanks this ruined the whole experience after paying so much money I would have expected better service.

Not the best experience. Been phoning them Over and over again to get an appointment even went there and rang the doorbell over and over again no answer. Their website says its open, their Facebook says it's open. Suppose we'll have to give our money to someone else

I booked for a gyno/fertility check scan, due to ongoing problems and not finding any clarity from the doctor. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming. The waiting room area was lovely, so relaxing. I signed paperwork and went in for my scan. Cynthia was so welcoming and lovely. We completed my scan she was extremely informative and talked us though everything she saw. Once the scan was complete she wrote me a report to be sent to my doctors and we went away with so much information and a step closer to getting sorted. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a sore throat and slight temperature so rescheduled my appointment to be on the safe side because of covid-19. Under their 'rebooking policy', it states that appointments can be rescheduled at any time, with zero mention of cancellation fees. I checked the wider website for any mention of cancellation fees but found no mention of this. I later realised, when I was charged £30, that information re cancellation fees is only available via a link which is sent through email. I strongly believe this is quite disingenuous and this information should be transparent and accessible from their website. I requested a refund but was given told this wouldn't be possible as Saturday is their busiest day (strange as my appointment was for a Thursday) and the cancellation fee can only be waived if due to serious illness. I agree with a previous reviewer who said this company are exploiting the covid crisis - I am sure I will not be the only person having to cancel due to the crisis, and the company have declined to update their website to make their cancellation/rebooking policy more transparent. It is a shame as I likely would have returned for further scans but following this experience I have decided to go with another clinic who are more understanding and are more transparent with regards to their T&Cs.
