We have been so happy with the service we have had at Baby Loves whilst prepping for our new arrival. Steve and the team have been so attentive and helpful during our visits to the shop. We were very well looked after by Izzy during our very recent visit to pick up the pram and car seat - Izzy went through everything with us and gave us plenty of time to have a go whilst being there for us to ask questions. Steve has consistently offered expert and honest advice on our needs and wants and has helped us get everything we need for our baby. Absolutely flawless services from the moment we walked in. Steve and the rest of the team went above and beyond not only in store but whenever we contacted them. As first time parents they explained everything in detail that was easy to follow and made sure we were comfortable along the way! Made our pregnancy journey more special. Highly recommend Baby Loves, amazing service and competitive pricing. Every time we visited we had such a warm welcome from all the team. Once we chose our pram and car seat the team held onto it until nearer my due date, on collection the pram was built, steamed and car seat was fitted and Steve showed us how everything worked which was really reassuring. They also have such a beautiful range of clothing. Thank you so much for all your help.

I honestly cannot recommend Baby Loves highly enough for all things baby! Steve was happy to price match an offer on a travel system that we had seen with another online-only retailer, which made life so much easier for us as we were able to visit Baby Loves in store to “test drive” the pram. After making our purchase, Steve kindly offered to store the pram for us until closer to our baby’s due date. When we went to collect the pram, the team had it steamed and set up beautifully, as well as helping us to install the car seat in our car. Thank you Steve and team!

Fantastic service from Steve and the team at very competitive pricing. They took so much time taking us through all the different options and answering our questions without ever pressuring us into buying anything. We only popped in for a first look at prams, but ended up buying all of our travel system, car seat, and nursery furniture from there as everything was a much nicer and more personal service than you get at any of the major stores. We really appreciated the added extras like the pram being steamed and the car seat fitted - couldn’t recommend more highly!

Couldn't recommend Baby Loves enough! From start to finish the Baby Loves team have been amazing and I am so glad I came across them. Travelling from Liverpool to Wilmslow was 100% worth it. The store itself is absolutely beautiful, not to mention the service you receive from staff is unmatched. We have bought a pram and car seat bundle from Baby Loves and they beat any quote we was offered using the price match service, and along with any little extras needed for baby they had in store which was great. I love that on pick up date the pram and car seat was all set up ready to go and steamed along with another demonstration of how everything worked again (as its easy to forget after first viewing) and then had the car seat/base fitted into our car. Finishing touch, they surprised us with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers to take home. We would like to say a huge thank you to Baby Loves! Once baby is here I’m sure we will be back. Emily&Daniel
