Bought a Joolz travel pram and some accessories. They had some of the best range of stock I found online and were extremely helpful with the questions I sent via email. My order was sent out quickly and arrived within a couple of days. I'm so happy with the pushchair and they were the only place that had the colour I wanted in stock. Definitely recommend!

The Baby Lady UK store is the place to shop for your new or additional baby necessities 100%. Debbie (see her videos on YouTube and subscribe for updates) is a complete sweetheart! The team are also on the ball and so friendly and helpful! I cannot express how utterly happy we are with the quality and affordability of the products available. The level of customer care is honestly heartfelt. This company goes above and beyond to ensure you are supported! They give such good advice on safety as well as tips. I drove from Oxford to Canterbury to the shop for our babies pram, car seat and accessories (Ordered online too for smaller add ons) and I’d do the journey anytime again honestly. You are left with a feeling of complete satisfaction purchasing from this company overall. This is now our baby go to shop! The Bébécar range was the products we’ve invested in. The amount of comments I get pushing our luxury pink skimmer stylo class around is like having celebrity status 😂. It’s honestly stunning and the best for our baby. Made an appointment and the staff was helpful in listening to our needs and recommending a pram. Lots of products in store to try and view. However..... I bought the pram in September, I was due in December. By the end of November I still hadn't heard from them. I had to chase them up numerous times , finally got the pram but order wasn't complete (missing cup holder). They called in December (while I was in having the baby) saying it had come in and they'd post it, 4 weeks later (end of January!)I still hadn't received it. So had to chase them again, I requested proof of postage , which they failed to send me. However the product did arrive this time . In the future, I would go to the store to try the products but then order else where as it took such a long time to arrive and required me chasing the order .

Really friendly, accommodating service. I had an hour time slot but was there for just under two and never felt rushed or any pressure. Was shown everything I wanted to see and how it worked which as a new mum really benefitted me and gave me confidence buying the products. Chelsea showed me round and I just highly recommend. Bought my pram and car seat which I’m excited about.

Amazing customer experience, expertise and info! We visited Baby Lady today to check the car seat we had been sold buy another vendor and had been assured would fit in our car. It was only through visiting the Baby Lady and the entire team taking the time and care to check the car seat, personally taking the time to climb inside our car, that we learnt we had been missold a product elsewhere. They then went on to help us identify the best car seat for our situation, talking us through the optimum safety features, giving us a demo and making sure this first time mum was confident in utilsing all the features. I can not recommend Baby Lady enough! I wish we had used them from the beginning - the expertise and guidance was second to none! I will be returning time and again from now on!
