This review took a bit longer as the bubba is keeping us very busy now but hey, better late than never! I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jade and Jasmine for their help and for making sure we get all our items in time. They kept their word and arranged everything as promised. All the items arrived well before the birth and we are very happy with the iCandy and Cybex bundle which beat the prices seen anywhere else by 50%. There was also a free hamper box which had some nice items we now use everyday. Great company with unbeatable prices and great customer service. If you are in rush with delivery, check with their team regarding your ETA as some items might need to come from the factory - the team will go the extra mile to satisfy your needs and keep you informed throughout! Spoke with Jasmine at the weekend about purchasing the best travel/portable pram. She recommended the Silver Cross Jet 3. Having gone away and done further research I needn't have bothered as she was absolutely right! Very happy with the high quality of customer service Jasmine and the team at Baby Birds provided me as well as the after service in terms of communications sent after purchase - eg tracking number, when to expect main order and other purchases. Expecting the Pram itself tomorrow and very excited to be pushing it soon with the little one onboard. Have to say because they seemed so nice over the phone and they're a UK based independent business I was happy to give them my money and loved having that extra excuse to buy some pram accessories from them. Thanks for the assistance and so far so good.

Competitive prices but let down by customer service. We bought a very expensive car seat which had an issue. Whilst liaising via email I was copied on an email that mentioned it could be replaced, however this was not honoured. In the end we dealt directly with the manufacturer and did end up having the original seat replaced

Only after placing the order do they tell you the item needs to be ordered from Germany and will take 7-10 working days plus customs clearance time. Very misleading. Called to cancel the order and the advisor was giggling about this as if it's funny. Very unprofessional outfit. Emails to hello@babybirds and sales@babybirds were ignored.

Although most of the staff are very polite on the phone- the item sold wasn’t in stock and we were told there was delay etc etc. We were then told they’d acquired it from another merchant, but couldn’t provide the tracking number - for three days straight but they guaranteed it would arrive by a certain date. Please don’t advertise things not in stock for sale on your website and in the future, just tell the truth to your customers as opposed to anything to keep the order.

Poor service ordered a mamaroo 4.0 bouncy chair on 23rd of november 4 phone calls later still vague on delivery they couldnt care less whether you have it or not phone calls to manufacturer found the chair was dangerous and was getting modified company unaware of this problem because they either havent bothered to find out why delay 59 days later still none the wiser say next wed if i dont get it phone again what a way to run a business will never be using them again absolutely deplorable service i ran a business and if id run it this way it be out of business they deserve this poor review got their money and couldnt care less if we ever get the chair its for up to 6 months and certain weight so im losing use of chair as baby grows expect COMPENSATED for this poor service along with the version5 chair . This company have to be the worst company i have ever dealt with they talk over you when you contact them have cheek to say they understand they are depriving my 2 week old grandaughter of a chair she should be using now it has up to 6 months and 2 weeks have been taken off that they have no shame whatsoever and if they were a real good company would be giving the baby the money back including the chair i wont hold my breath again it will be delivered either friday or latest monday how these people can sleep at night i dont know they havent a bit of empathy or care in them deplorable company and they should be shut down for taking peoples money and not supplying the goods
