Amazing charity helping many people across Bristol. So many vulnerable young children will have safe places to sleep and play because of the baby bank. This is a charity and not a shop and thus not everyone will be able to receive the exact item(s) they need and that should be remembered.

A wonderful service where parents and children can really benefit from age appropriate items. We have undertaken some fund raising for this valuable service and have only ever experienced dedicated and passionate volunteers who genuinely want to make a difference to anybody who genuinely needs support for their families. Thank you for all you do!

Haven't been helped at all, I've returned items multiple times for swaps and am still left in tears because the items just aren't fit for purpose. I respect it's a beggars can't be choosers scenario but I have tried to politely state my child is tall, he is heavy, a flimsy lightweight stroller is no good they buckle and dont last. A pram with no basket is useless as I don't drive and require it to shop with. I walk everyday for hours and too am tall, buggies with no height adjust on the handle is no good I then find I'm in agony as I've had to be hunched over the buggy all day. I don't think they listen at all to what your needs are and just throw any stroller at you that they grab from a storage room. It's a great idea for a service, shame it isn't executed well.
