I've seen plenty of recent poor reviews, but from my own experience, I have no fault to pick. I ordered a car seat on a Saturday at a competitive price; it was dispatched on Monday and then delivered on Tuesday. The exterior box had seen better days, but the car seat inside was well wrapped, clearly never used and exactly as advertised. Thank you.

This is the worst company ever I have ordered a pushchair new one and they sent me used one I asked them to refund me But they don’t want to refund me And I have 4 days calling them They didn’t pick up my call To everyone who want to order don’t order at this company they aren’t correct, they don’t know how to behave with customers and so on , I asked to talk with manager and manager is busy and working from home In the end they don’t care about customer they are lying all the time …….!!! People don’t believe this company!!!!!!

Purchased a car seat on 27th December, their website didn't update to let customers know they would be closed until the 2nd Jan. I've contacted them by email and phone multiple times and still haven't received my item and emails have gone unresponsive. I managed to speak to a lady on the phone once and she said my item was being despatched that day however its still to be seen. Really poor service. Edit: I've finally had a response 2 weeks after the due date to be told they have no box for the car seat, however they are still selling the item on their website at a cheaper price than I paid for... but they have no boxes to ship? Clearly a scam company.

Extremely terrible experience using this service. Ordered a high chair on their online website which does not mention anything about being out of stock. Order Was placed on 14th august and supposed to be delivered between 22-29th august no email to say why I haven’t got my item. Constantly had to chase customer service up. Eventually told me they don’t have it until the 29th of September could have just put it out of stock on there website so people can choose to purchase elsewhere.

Attended the show room, having no clue as to which travel system to choose. We were assisted by Jody who had a wealth of knowledge and was able to let us try every system until we found one that was suitable for us. They are also a lot cheaper then other places.
