I started pregnancy yoga with Emma and loved how calming her sessions were so I then signed up to baby massage when my daughter was 10 weeks and then mum and baby yoga when she was 4 months. Emma is such a warm person and always puts us at ease, and her classes are really friendly and welcoming. Emma's great at reading the mood of the group and gets babies involved when they are getting unsettled or focuses on the mums when the babies are calm. My daughter loved getting involved with the baby yoga moves! I also love that Emma gives the group time to chat afterwards over a cup of tea. I always come away feeling really connected with other mums.

I did the baby yoga classes with Emma and they were the highlight of my maternity leave. I started when my baby was 4 months old until he was 10 months old. I was so sad to end the class but unfortunately all good things come to an end! Emma has her own beautiful studio and the class sizes are not too big so it made it easy to chat as a group and the classes always felt warm, friendly and supportive. The classes had a good mix of yoga for mum and yoga for baby and a relaxation at the end. The snack and drink with a chat at the end of each class was a lovely touch, as new mums we often don't get a chance to make ourselves a nice snack and drink in the day. So this made me feel well looked after. The classes felt like a warm hug in those early days. The classes Emma runs are truely special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I've done both the baby massage and mum and baby yoga course with Emma. Both were fantastic. The yoga was by far the best mum and baby exercise session I've tried. Emma is a great teacher, calm and flexible around the babies needs. The section dedicated to baby set this class apart from others, as well as the lovely studio and the drink/snacks afterwards. I found the classes empowering as well as doing wonders for my mental wellbeing which together reignited my love of yoga. It was pitched at just the right level for a postpartum body with alternative moves offered where needed. The baby massage was also a lovely course, and one which my baby and I always left feeling happy and relaxed. Some of the techniques were set to simple rhymes and songs which baby enjoyed as well as being a good way to help me remember it! Would highly recommend both
