The staff in this shop are passionate, knowledgable and reassuring at every step of the way! They made a special day out with my Mum (buying items such as the pram, bedside cot and car seat) so much more enjoyable! I felt really overwhelmed in other retailers and often came away having more questions than answers but not here! You can chat away to all the staff with ease and you are not made to feel silly for asking all sorts of questions! Their incredible expertise in all things baby products, prams, accessories is so impressive along with fantastic advice too! Can’t wait to visit again to pick up our items and in the future!

Ordered an uppababy vista v2 bassinet mattress online. When it arrived it as a generic mattress that I could have picked up for half the price elsewhere, and not as pictured. Very disappointed. Specially ordered due to the uppababy bassinet matress sleep benefits. Item sent not up to standard and now I need to pay to return it. In response to your reply, I have emailed you the photos, as you can see the items are very different and not as pictured.

The best baby boutique I have ever visited. it’s a family owned business with a great customer service, the entire team are very helpful and so knowledgeable with their products. Being a first time mum when everything can seem so over whelming, especially with so many different product options.. they all made my experience so quick and easy. Delivery is fast too. I can’t recommend them enough. There Instagram is also filled with lots of information and someone is always available to answer any queries! I love it

This is a shop for people who really want accessories for their babies. We went after being pushed to go by our local parents and were hoping they would give us a good experience and have our best interest at hearts. We were convinced to buy a buggy - the joolz aer, which can not go up a curb and does not have parent facing option- so has rendered it unusable, when we later phoned about it was told it was the 'Travel unit' We can not afford to have 2 buggys and now have been left without a buggy. Update. Having finally been able to get a buggy we can not believe they would sell to new parents a buggy that does not do parent facing. Odd. Very odd. The fold up bath which we were also convinced to buy was a bad piece of kit and annoying to use- just use the sink. This is not a store for people who do not have a lot of money to spend. Our experience of this shop was negative in the long run. If you have money to burn this is the place. Still reeling. Just threw away another thing that was bought here. Not a place worth going if you want to keep what you buy for a long time!
